Our Registered Nurses are excellent client care managers. When planning individualized client-care our Registered Nurses look at every aspect of the whole individual and ensure that each client’s care plan caters to every aspect of the client’s needs.

What types of shifts do you offer?
We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts that you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, eight-hour day shifts, twelve-hour day shifts, evening shifts, eight-hour night shifts, twelve-hour night shifts, hourly home care shifts, transportation shifts, etc. We are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, so we are flexible and will work around your availability.

At Norica Care Services we pride ourselves in providing flexible schedules for our team members. When you join our team, we listen to your preferences and do our best to accommodate you. We have several client-care locations. Chances are that we have a client-care location near your community.
Do you hire private contractors?
At Norica Care Services, you are part of the team. You will be considered an employee of Norica Care Serices which means payroll taxes are automatically deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck and if there are any questions, we are here for you! We are fully bonded and insured and are there for you every step of your employment with us.
