Our proud history
Our journey began over a decade ago, in Calgary Alberta, when the founders of Norica Care Services decided it was time they made a positive impact on the quality of care provided to persons in need of care.
Our organization started with a small group of like-minded healthcare professionals with the common goal of improving the lives of people in need of care, especially seniors. This group of healthcare professionals put in time and tireless effort to ensure that Norica Care Services was built on the solid foundation of compassion, respect, dignity, and unwavering diligence.
Over the years, we have shown clients and important stakeholders in the healthcare community that we are dedicated and committed to nothing but excellence in healthcare. In return, we have been rewarded with client trust and continued patronage.
We have seen tremendous amount of growth in our client-base and our pool of caregivers and healthcare professionals, as more and more clients and employees share their Norica Care experience with their friends and family members. Our team is currently over 500 employees strong and we continue to grow.
Today we continue to work tirelessly towards bringing our goal of excellence in healthcare to those in need of care, whether in their own homes or in healthcare facilities.

Norica Care Services is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, hospitals, nursing homes and continuing care facilities).
Our priority is to provide optimum person-centered and compassionate in-home care through the best health care professionals and aides available. We understand that proper staff training is vital to achieving our primary goal of providing the best care possible, therefore, not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, we also provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
